Boaz van Luijk

Boaz van Luijk has been a film critic for the Dutch daily newspaper Nederlands Dagblad and participated in various international film juries. He has a keen eye for the deeper meaning of movies and their impact on life. He organizes and leads film viewings that often result in nightly, philosophical conversations. Van Luijk is also the climate mayor of Dordrecht.
Jean-Max Mejean

Jean-Max Méjean is a writer and critic. He is the author of around 30 books about great directors including Federico Fellini, Woody Allen, Pedro Almodovar, Sergei Parajanov, and Emir Kusturica. He also supervised several collective works on cinema, including Philosophie et cinema (CinémAction n°94, 2000) and Comment parler de cinéma (L’Harmattan, 2005). He wrote for Jeune Cinéma, Éclipses, and iletaitunefoislecinema.com. Among Méjean’s most recent publications are L'Atalante (2017), La Grande Vadrouille de Gérard Oury (2020), and Bruno Dumont, un funambule de génie (dir., 2020).
Sunchica Unevska

Sunchica Unevska is a journalist, film critic and selector. She has worked for newspapers, news agencies, and film magazines in North Macedonia, Austria and Bulgaria. In 2016 she established the first Macedonian Film Magazine Film Plus. She wrote a number of books of film criticism and interviews including The Seventh Seal (2015) and Ghost in the Shell (2021). She has been a voter for the BBC poll of greatest films by women directors and for the Arab film Center on the best Arabic films. She is the Macedonian representative at Fipresci, and has participated as a jury member in many festivals.
Unevska worked as media coordinator at the Festival of German Film in Skopje and as program coordinator and selector at the Festival of European Film Cinedays. At the International Cinematographers’ Film Festival Manaki Brothers in Bulgaria, she established the program New Visions. At the Motovun Film Festival, Croatia she has worked as selector for Macedonia.
