Adrift

In the aftermath of a major storm, inhabitants of Louisiana look for the caskets of their loved ones, torn from their final resting place by the floodwaters. A journey over the water, telling their stories and those of the loved ones who have floated away, past places that are increasingly threatened by water. In the process of looking and finding, the film explores relived grief and the loss of solid ground.
