Ana Bravo-Pérez

Ana Bravo-Pérez is an artist and filmmaker born and raised in Pasto, in the Andean-Amazonian territories of Abya Yala. Her work draws on migration, memory and violence. These experiences have been crucial in shaping a practice in which personal, decolonial and geopolitical questions converge. Her work has recently been exhibited or screened at among others: Tate Modern; Centre for Contemporary Art, Lagos; Havana Biennial; Thai Film Archive; EYE Filmmuseum and Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; Salt Beyoğlu, Istanbul; Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin; and Cinemateca de Bogotá.
