Accreditations for IDFA 2024 now open

Please be aware that if you do not have a MyIDFA-account yet;
- You have to create a MyIDFA-account before you can fill out the accreditation form.

Early Bird Fee (before September 1): €210 excl. 9% VAT.
Regular fee (before November 1): €275 excl. 9% VAT.
Late fee (after November 1): €325 excl. 9% VAT.

Please note that this year we do not offer up a Festival light version of the Festival Pass anymore. We do offer a chance at a reduced rate by entering your Festival Pass request before 1 September 2024. 

This pass gives access to:

• 20 free tickets for all regular IDFA screenings and events, including live cinema events. Out of the 20 free tickets, 10 can be reserved from October 28 12:00 PM, the remaining 10 from November 14.
  
• Free tickets to the IDFA DocLab Exhibition and DocLab VR Gallery.
• A discount applies to some special films and projects, which will be listed here once the festival program has been announced.
• A discount of €3.00 on the regular ticket price for any additional tickets ordered.
• All press & industry screenings (first come, first served). Please note: You can reserve your free ticket(s) to your pass starting from November 13.
• The Industry Program (including talks and consultancies) and services of the Industry Office.
• The daily Guests Meet Guests drinks.
• The Awards Ceremony.
• The online Press & Industry Library, where films are available after their first screening until the end of the festival.
• The online Talks Library will post a limited number of talks, added 24 hours after the live event until the end of the festival.
• Company profiles, strand profiles, biographies, and contact information of accredited guests through our online Guest List.

Due to high demand, the number of Forum Observers is limited to one person per production company. Please read who can be an Observer? to see if you are eligible for accreditation. Deadline to apply: 1 October 2024.

This pass gives access to:

• IDFA Forum, the market for co-producing and co-financing international documentaries.
• IDFA DocLab Forum, the market for co-producing and co-financing international immersive and interactive projects.
• The IDFA Forum lunches during the IDFA Forum pitching days.
• All rights and services associated with the Festival pass (see above).

This pass gives access to:

• The viewing booths at Docs for Sale (reservation is necessary), which include the full Docs for Sale 2024/2025 catalogue.
• A one-year subscription to the Docs for Sale online catalogue.
• The Docs for Sale Markets lounges.
• The daily Docs for Sale Happy Hour.
• Company profiles, strand profiles, biographies, and contact information of accredited guests through our online Guest List

• The daily Docs for Sale Happy Hour.

IDFAcademy is open to emerging filmmakers and producers ready to expand their careers internationally. Selection will be based on the information you provide and will be made mid-October. The deadline for application to IDFAcademy is August 1.
